FactAssess is led by a management team with decades of combined experience in legal outsourcing, litigation support operations, and international business development. Our leadership brings a background spanning litigation support team management for global clients and senior sales and marketing leadership within the IT-enabled services industry — experience that shaped how we built and continue to run our audit team today.
That foundation is reflected in our approach: FactAssess was not built by generalists layering AI verification onto an unrelated business. It was built by people with direct, hands-on experience running legal outsourcing operations at scale, long before AI-generated demand letters and medical chronologies became part of the industry conversation.

The team comprises members with diverse skills and a collaborative mindset — including law graduates, English graduates, and document review experts. Their combined expertise enriches our services and is our core strength.
